ننشر الملف الكامل لكشوفات “الزيادة الجديدة في أسعار الدواء” المعتمد من السيد وزير الصحة والاسكان لشهر يناير وفبراير 2022 من خلال ملف pdf وأعلنت وزارة الصحة والسكان، اليوم أن الزيادة الجديدة في أسعار الدواء ستشمل 3 ألاف مستحضر فقط، بينها نحو 300 مستحضر معالج للأمراض المزمنة ، وقال الدكتور أحمد عماد الدين ، وزير الصحة والسكان في بيان، أن الوزارة اتفقت مع شركات الأدوية على تحريك 15% من الأدوية المحلية و20% من الأدوية الأجنبية (3 ألاف مستحضر)، من بين 12 ألف مستحضر متداول في السوق ,دليل الادوية المصرية pdf.

اسماء الادوية فى مصر واسعارها الزيادة الجديدة ستتضمن عدد قليل من الأدوية المعالجة للأمراض المزمنة (لا تتجاوز ١٠٪) ، وأن تلك الزيادة تمت الموافقة عليها بعد عدة أجتماعات مع الاجهزة الرقابية بالدولة وشركات الادوية المحلية والعالمية، وتابع: “تم التوصل الى هذا المقترح التوافقي، وسيتم الاعلان عن الأدوية التى زادت تسعيرتها في مؤتمر صحفي مساء الخميس ، وكان وزير الصحة تعهد قبل أيام بأن الزيادة الجديدة في أسعار الدواء لن تشمل الأدوية المعالجة للأمراض المزمنة، لكن عدم اعلان الوزارة عن تعريف مسمى الادوية المزمنة دفع الشركات لتقديم أدوية أساسية ضمن القوائم المراد رفع أسعارها.

وأوضح البيان أن شركات الأدوية عرضت فى بادىء الأمر زيادة سعر جميع أصناف الادوية بنسبة زيادة سعر الصرف، نظرا لزيادة سعر المادة الخام التى تستوردها والتي تضاعف سعرها مع تضاعف سعر الدولار، إلا أن ذلك تم رفضه من جميع الجهات ، ثم تقدمت الشركات بطلب اخر بعد اجتماعهم مع وزير الصحة لزيادة سعر جميع الادوية بنسبة 50%، فيما وجد أنه يمثل عبء كبير على المواطن المصري، وذكرت وقتها شركات الادوية بأن رفض عرضها سوف يترتب عليه توقف الانتاج، والاستيراد، إلا أن هذا العرض تم رفضه أيضا من وزير الصحة، ومجلس الوزراء، ومجلس الشعب.

وأضاف أن شركات الأدوية تقدمت بعرض ثالث يتلخص فى أن يتم زيادة اسعار 30% من منتجات كل شركة كل 3 أشهر بنسبة 50% من سعرها، وبالتالى خلال 9 اشهر تصبح كل منتجات الشركات من الادوية قد ارتفع سعرها، ولكن هذا العرض قٌبل بالرفض من وزير الصحة ومن مجلس الوزراء ومن مجلس الشعب.

وأشار وزير الصحة ان متابعة ملف الدواء يتم من خلال لجان على أعلى مستوى، ومن القيادة السياسية وكما يتضح من العروض السابقة للشركات، فإن الحكومه لم ترضخ لشركات الادوية، بل أن مصلحة المريض المصرى كانت هى الأساس للتفاوض والتوصل الى حلول، رغم أن الجميع يعلم أن شركات الادويه تعرضت لضغوط ماليه ضخمة نتيجة تحرير سعر الصرف ونحن نحترم ذلك، ولكن كان يجب ان تحدث هذة الزيادة حتى لا يختفى الدواء، وتتوقف الصناعة، وما يترتب على ذلك من زيادة معاناة المريض المصري بسبب نقص الدواء، وهذا ما دفع الحكومة لرفع السعر بشكل مناسب لتوفير الدواء وبمقدار لا يتناسب مع زيادة سعر الصرف بأى حال من الأحوال.

وأضاف وزير الصحة ان الدواء هو الشئ الوحيد في مصر الذي يتداول بالتسعيرة الجبرية ولا يوجد دواء واحد يخرج الا من خلال تسعيره من ادارة التسعير ، وقال وزير الصحة انه تم مراجعة 3500 دواء حتى الان بنسبة حوالي 92% من الادوية المقدمة من الشركات لتحديد الأصناف التي سيتم قبولها أو رفضها ، مشيرا الى أن المراجعة تتم عن طريق فصل ادوية علاج الأمراض المزمنة، عن غيرها، بالأضافة الى مراجعة كل دواء لعلاج الأمراض المزمنة على حدة للتأكد من توافر المثائل والبدائل في السوق المحلي له عن طريق لجنة تسعير الدواء المنعقدة منذ 10 ايام، مؤكدا أن جميع المراحل تلك يتم متابعتها يوميا من قِبلهِ ،ومن قِبل رئيس مجلس الوزراء الذي جاء الى ديوان عام الوزارة ليتابع اخر مستجدات عمل اللجنة بنفسه.
